Bombardier Software Engineer interview experience

I met first with my immediate supervisor, then later with the next higher supervisor. The total time for the conversation was about an hour, and it felt fairly brief and to the point.

What stood out most was the scale of it: there seemed to be a large number of applicants, so even though my specific rounds didn’t feel long, the overall environment made it clear it wasn’t a small candidate pool. The people I spoke with felt intelligent, and the tone stayed constructive rather than tense.
