I ended up going through a long, bilingual interview run in both English and Spanish, and it felt intentionally demanding.

The questions weren’t just general—they were also technical, and they were specific enough that it didn’t feel like a surface-level conversation.

What threw me off was that I also had an exam-like segment during the same interview, with multiple requirements tied back to what I had done across my school and work history. I had the sense they were checking consistency and depth rather than just “can you do the job.” Overall it felt difficult, and it didn’t lead to an offer.
