My interview felt quick and low-stress.

I met with the hiring manager first, and then I also spoke with a GM. What stood out was how limited the technical content was—there were no real technical questions.

The hiring manager mainly asked timeline-style questions from my CV, and they also asked about how many people I had managed. After that, the next conversation with the GM was similarly straightforward. Overall it felt easy, and while the process was smooth, I didn’t receive an offer.
