After a recruiter-style first conversation, which focused on my resume and then walked me through the role and the company, I had a follow-up technical screen about a week later.

That technical part included a problem-solving question, and it felt like a step designed to test how I think under time pressure rather than just whether I know buzzwords.

A bit after that, I moved into interviews closer to the leadership side. The last conversation was with the director, and by that point the process had a clear progression: fit and expectations, then technical thinking, then a higher-level discussion.
