Bombardier Software Engineer interview experience

It started with a screening interview to check I was suitable for the job, then moved to a phone interview to narrow the pool. After that came a skill assessment, followed by a first interview and a second interview.

Eventually there was a background check, and then—if everything aligned—a job offer. The difficulty was listed as difficult, and I didn’t receive an offer.
