Bombardier Full Stack Engineer interview experience

Dorval, QCPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied through their website and an HR representative reached out to schedule an interview by asking about my availability.

I sent my availability, but then I never heard back. I followed up twice by email to try to get the interview scheduled, but there was still no response.

What made it frustrating was that the job portal showed that I was currently interviewing for the role, yet I couldn’t get in contact with the HR representative to actually complete the process. It was easy in terms of how the initial contact started, but the overall experience felt like a communication failure, and I didn’t receive an offer.
