Bombardier came to our campus in September, and the process was bundled into a structured sequence.

It started with an aptitude test that combined basic quant and logical questions with software engineering questions, C programming, and multiple problem statements.

After the written test, there was a group discussion lasting about 20 minutes, followed by a personal interview. The day felt like a sweep of different evaluation styles—testing fundamentals, assessing communication and interaction in a group setting, and then moving into an individual interview afterward.
