My interview experience was genuinely friendly from the start.

We went through my resume, and the conversation stayed focused on my management abilities and related experience.

What made it feel a bit different was that there was a role-play component during the process. Even with that added element, everything still felt comfortable—no hostility, no sense that I’d be cornered.

I never felt overwhelmed by the format, and the people I spoke with came across as approachable throughout. I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself felt respectful and human, which I appreciated.
