Bombardier Software Engineer interview experience

Montreal, QCPosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a frustrating experience mainly because of poor communication.

After the interview steps, there wasn’t much follow-up, and I felt like I was effectively ignored.

HR and the hiring manager didn’t respond, and I didn’t receive updates or any feedback after investing time into the process. It felt very easy in terms of the effort required to show up, but the overall experience was disappointing because it lacked professionalism and transparency. No offer came from it.
