I went through an interview that felt more like an open house than a traditional panel.

It was an excellent experience in the sense that the expectations felt clear and the requirements were explained with a lot of transparency.

The event also gave me a chance to see how the team actually worked. I remember getting a walkthrough of what they did and how they approached the day-to-day, which made the role feel more tangible than just a job description.

Overall it felt well organized and informative, even though I didn’t end up receiving an offer. What stuck with me most was the clarity—by the end, I didn’t feel in the dark about what the environment looked like.
