Montreal, QCPosted Jul 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview mainly covered general software development experience rather than anything that looked like a technical test.

There wasn’t a technical interview component, and the questions stayed high level.

Most of what I discussed was my general experience, my knowledge across broad topics, and some detail about side projects. I also talked about current projects I’d been working on.

It was an easy process overall, and the focus was clearly on understanding my background and interests. I didn’t receive an offer, but I felt like the interview matched the stage I was in—less about proving technical skills on the spot and more about hearing my story.
