Cranberry, PAPosted Mar 2010 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role in a more challenging experience that mixed behavioral questions with a heavier technical component, and at least one round felt disorganized.

Behavioral warm-up — I was first asked a series of behavioral questions.
Technical questioning — I then faced a “slew” of technical questions, which made the overall difficulty feel high compared to what I’d experienced elsewhere.
Phone + group-style face-to-face — another path started with a phone interview with the hiring manager and an employee, then moved to an in-person group interview that also included a recruiter.
Unusual coordination issue — during the in-person round, the recruiter struggled to find the conference room and the group arrived about 10 minutes
