In my interviews, the hardest part wasn’t the questions—it was the lack of communication afterward, even after I felt the process went off-track.

Recruiter to panel with hiring managers — I was scheduled quickly for a panel interview and asked a clarifying question about the job description; the interviewer seemed confused and dismissed it, and I never got follow-up.
Zoom interview with promised outreach — I was told someone would reach out, but there was zero follow-up afterward. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the key takeaway was that the process ended abruptly with ghosting and no clear closure.
