Pittsburgh, PAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process for Software Engineer spanned several Teams rounds over a couple of weeks, and it felt like a steady conversation focused more on fit than deep technical evaluation.

HR initial interview — I met HR first for an introductory screening.
Manager panel/interviews on Teams — I spoke with managers, including the hiring manager, and the conversation emphasized soft skills and situational behavior.
Multiple Teams rounds (work experience + behavioral) — I went through several rounds that felt like ongoing dialogue; each start time was generally on schedule, though one HR interview ran nearly 20 minutes late. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; overall, I left feeling confident but wasn’t selected.
