Cranberry Twp, PAPosted Sep 2011 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and it felt fairly easy overall, with mostly behavioral discussions and little/no technical grilling over a short sequence.

HR/initial screen — an initial interview with an HR representative.
Manager interview (1:1 or manager pair) — a one-on-one conversation with a manager after a short professional setup.
Panel interview (behavioral focus) — a panel interview format where I was mainly asked behavioral questions, with sample questions shared ahead of time.
Interview logistics with managers/HR — a phone screen followed by in-person meetings involving a hiring manager and another manager, plus HR for setup and salary negotiation; no technical questions came up. Outcome: I didn’t move
