I went through a smaller sequence that started online and then moved to hiring managers, with a noticeable wait afterward.

Online assessment + recorded video interview — I completed an online assessment and a recorded video interview.
In-person interview with hiring managers — I had one interview round with two middle managers.
Processing wait time — After the interview, it took about two weeks to get processed. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that this path was compact but depended on performance in the hiring-manager conversation.
