My interview journey started with acceptable numerical reasoning, but the situational testing was the part that hurt the most.

Numerical reasoning — I handled the numerical portion well.
Situational test — the questions felt strange and difficult; I could see my results and did well on both parts.
Rapid decision after assessment — despite performing reasonably, I was rejected very quickly. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the situational section was the hardest part, and the quick turnaround suggested they weren’t hesitating once they decided.
