My later-stage interviews emphasized cognitive testing and senior-level technical depth, plus pressure-handling.

Numerical/logical tests — an assessment of cognitive ability.
Recorded video interview — a set number of prompts (six questions) as part of the screening.
Motivation & culture — a discussion segment focused on fit.
Final round: 2–3 senior interviews — deep dives into technical skills like financial modeling or market analysis, paired with evaluation of how I handle complex case studies under pressure. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that the final stage demanded both technical competence and composure in scenario work.
