I started with a cultural/personality assessment and then did a one-way HireVue where I had limited prep time per question.

Personality/culture assessment — an initial screen immediately after applying.
HireVue one-way video — each prompt gave me about 45 seconds to prepare and 2–3 minutes to record.
Question themes — the questions combined standard behavioral prompts with industry-specific interest. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that timeboxing your responses and having clear examples made the recording format easier.
