I went through a HireVue followed by a fast-paced superday for a Financial Analyst role that felt mostly straightforward.

HireVue / pre-screen — a recorded interview that served as the first step before the superday.
Superday: 2-on-1 with sales & financial advisor — quick questions in a 2-person format; they seemed less focused on getting to know me and more on getting answers.
Behavioral focus — I was prompted to have solid stories ready for behavioral and situational questions. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the questions weren’t very difficult, but the interview pace and quick decision-making left me with the sense they were moving quickly after assessing fit.
