My UBS Financial Analyst process leaned heavily behavioural, with additional quick problem-style questions and a final superday.

Assessment + HireVue — I completed an assessment and an online recorded video interview.
Superday with the team — I then interviewed with the team you’d work with.
Brain-teaser prompts (light) — I encountered some brain teaser questions, but the focus was more on connecting my experiences to the role. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that fit and experience storytelling mattered more than deep technical depth.
