I interviewed for UBS Financial Analyst in a long, multi-month process with only behavioral focus and big gaps between stages.

Initial rounds (3 interviews) — three rounds of behavioral interviews where I was asked a full set of behavioral questions.
Scheduling cadence — the process stretched over about five months, with at least a month between interviews; each round came with an expected response window, but feedback took longer. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the main takeaway was that timelines were slow and I needed to sustain momentum through long waits.
