Tower Research Capital Data Scientist interview experience

The interview emphasis felt hands-on, with an expectation that I’d worked on building and deploying ML models at something like an industrial level, not just experimenting in theory.

Even though the conversation stayed fairly ML-centered, the underlying theme was whether my experience matched what would be needed to ship and operate models. I didn’t progress to an offer.
