I interviewed for a Consultant role at Spencer Ogden, and the process felt fairly average with a quick, straightforward progression in 3 rounds.

Recruiter/phone screen — I talked through my background, why I was interested in recruitment, and what motivated me to pursue the role.
Interview 1 (face to face) — We continued with standard fit questions around experience and motivation.
Interview 2 (face to face) — I wrapped up with more of the same: my background and why I chose recruitment. Outcome: I did not move forward, but the experience was more routine than stressful or technical.
