Perth, Western AustraliaPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I faced a harder, more multi-format route—phone, then a group assessment centre, then an in-person motivation interview—that felt intimidating but fairly purposeful.

Phone interview — an initial call to get to know me.
Assessment centre: group interview — team activities meant to observe how I worked and responded in a recruitment context.
In-person interview — I focused on motivations to work in recruitment. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the process judged not just answers but how I came across in group settings and motivation conversations.
