I went through a very light-touch phone-focused step for the consultant role, and it felt straightforward and quick.

Office visit + phone rehearsal — I went into the office, talked through my motivation and how I’d handle complaints and tricky situations. Then I was given a list of numbers to call so they could see how naturally I came across on the phone. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that they emphasized practical phone presence and handling real client scenarios even in early stages.
