I experienced an average-difficulty process with some transparency and communication gaps, plus a more complex interview scheduling pattern.

Intro/screening call + online assessment — after applying online, talent scheduled an introductory screening and I completed an online assessment.
Two interviews — I had interviews that included one with a director (which was scheduled and then cancelled once) and another with my manager.
Request for written feedback — I asked for written feedback but didn’t receive it. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that clear, timely feedback and transparent communication mattered to me and were missing.
