I went through a fairly short, structured recruitment-focused process with psychometrics and multiple friendly conversations over roughly two weeks.

Application/Talent Acquisition — Started from a LinkedIn application, then had an initial call with Talent Acquisition covering the role, what I’d do day to day, and questions about my background.
Assessment (psychometrics/competency-based) — Completed a psychometric assessment described as more competency-based than number-crunching.
Hiring manager/in-person (or final) interview — Met the hiring manager in person; I was asked about my experiences and how I’d apply them in recruitment, with technical industry questions explained in a way that made it feel fair.
