Denver, COPosted Mar 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience was difficulty around process handling rather than interview content: multiple rounds with little follow-through and no clear closure.

Multi-stage screening and interviews — I moved through several rounds (mixes of phone and face-to-face), receiving encouragement and positive signals early.
Repeated “final” steps — After what was presented as final, I kept being pulled back for additional interviews.
Feedback and communication issues — When decisions didn’t go my way, I either heard nothing back, had to chase updates, or only received vague explanations.
Long timeline before a decision — Even though the process felt unnecessarily drawn out, I was not provided timely, professional courtesy
