Denver, COPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My early-stage interview route was easy and fairly sales-identity focused, combining multiple team leader conversations with personality testing.

Zoom interview with multiple team leaders — I discussed my background and fit with three different team leaders on a video call.
Personality quiz — I completed a personality assessment to confirm I had the right traits for a sales role.
In-person director conversation — I met the director in person after the remote steps. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that personality traits and sales motivation were evaluated early and directly.
