I found the process emotionally difficult: it either felt unprofessional in real time or prolonged with limited updates, and in one case the interview style involved high pressure.

Recruiter phone screen (followed by gaps/ghosting) — I was told I’d progress, but after the initial screen I experienced delays and then being effectively ghosted.
Aggressive/high-pressure interviews — In another experience, an interviewer pushed questions aggressively, making the process feel uncomfortable.
Extended evaluation with unclear end — I was also led along as a front-runner and then received a simple rejection without constructive feedback.
Assessment-heavy steps — In a separate path, I went through role-play, group exercises, and intense problem-solving
