I had a relatively quick, recruiter-led path for the Consultant role that leaned on informal conversations across different channels, ending without an offer.

Phone screening — I spoke with a recruiter, keeping it focused on my current situation and my experience/skills.
Secondary phone/remote interview — I had a more formal call that was still not very structured, centered on my background and how I fit.
Skype/awkward round — I was later asked to join a Skype interview, which felt forced and uncomfortable. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the interviews were conversational but the process ultimately didn’t lead to an offer.
