I went through an all-day, competitive series of group and manager interviews where the main challenge was how assertive and influential I could be under pressure.

Group interview (all-day) — I competed in exercises with a large group; it felt challenging and competitive.
Role-play / influence-driven group tasks — I pitched for the position while also having moments where I had to call out why I should be chosen instead of others.
Panel or further interviews — After the group stage, I was told the journey would continue into panel and one-to-one interviews. Outcome: I didn’t receive the offer (and in one case I ended up having another option), but I learned the process heavily rewards confident, sales-minded energy.
