I experienced an average-difficulty, conversation-led process where the emphasis was heavily on personality, motivation, and getting to know me rather than strict resume recitation.

Single interview session (about an hour) — I answered questions about my skillset, why I chose recruitment, and personal motivation.
In-depth person-focused Q&A — I was asked detailed questions to understand me as a person, not just my career history.
Two-way conversation — I had a relaxed, thought-provoking discussion that felt more like collaboration than interrogation. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that being able to explain motivations and personal drivers mattered as much as experience.
