My process ran over two days, and it was intense in a very organized way.

Day one started with an Excel case that felt similar to something the HR team shared ahead of time, paired with fit-style questions.

Day one also had a strong focus on my interest in pharma. I remember the discussion circling around pricing for health products and market sizing. Day two brought two case interviews plus fit questions, and there was also a fit conversation with the partner. Everything felt engaging and I left with the feeling that the people I spoke with were truly taking the time to get to know my reasoning and motivation.
