Simon-Kucher Consultant interview experience

My timeline was fast and the feedback felt genuinely enjoyable, which surprised me.

After an online assessment in November, I had an HR call in December, and then a final interview in January.

The final interview was intense but well guided. I had about an hour to prepare for a case, then I presented it for another hour to a group of senior associates and partners. The office atmosphere around it was very motivated, and the people interviewing me felt both friendly and insightful.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, but the process still left a strong impression because the structure kept me from getting lost—even when the case and audience pressure were high.
