My process included a behavioral assessment with HR that ran as a series of standard questions.

They touched on teamwork and leadership, but the questions were also aimed at my general understanding of consultancy and whether I genuinely wanted to work in the business.

On top of that, I went through an online skills-check assessment that felt more like quick games and calculations—puzzles plus simple mathematical work. The overall vibe was professional and efficient, and nothing felt random, just like a sequence meant to filter for reasoning and communication.
