Simon-Kucher Consultant interview experience

Hard

Positive

NetherlandsPosted Apr 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt very fair and unusually human.

Even though the selection requirements were tough and the bar for the role was clearly high, the way the interviews were conducted made it feel supportive rather than adversarial.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I still came away with the sense that everyone I interacted with was kind and tried to create a constructive experience. My main reflection was that the process was demanding, yet it didn’t feel cold or transactional.
