I started with an online application and got contacted by HR within a few days for a short phone interview.

The call lasted about twenty minutes and stayed very straightforward: basic background questions and general personal context. It was a polite, comfortable conversation, and the interviewer answered my questions with a lot of detail.

Because the format was so light and the questions were mostly grounded in my experience rather than deep problem-solving, the process overall didn’t feel difficult to me. I ended up not receiving an offer, but I remember the call as an easy, clean first step that helped clarify what the role was looking for from a background and communication perspective.
