Simon-Kucher Consultant interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

United StatesPosted Feb 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I didn’t go through a behavioral-focused conversation at all.

Instead, the process jumped straight into a case study, and when I missed parts of the work, the interviewer corrected my approach in a way that felt condescending.

The tone was the biggest negative: even though the task itself was challenging, how I was treated during the walkthrough made it much harder to stay confident. I didn’t get an offer, and I left the experience feeling discouraged rather than evaluated.
