I joined via Zoom for an interview that started with straightforward behavioral questions about why I was interested in the role.

After that, I moved into a case tied to a food delivery company and focused on optimizing profit.

The interviewer felt friendly and professional, and the case work followed a fairly standard structure: think through drivers, examine what could change, and quantify the impact. Overall it didn’t feel chaotic or adversarial.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the interaction quality itself was what stood out most. My reflection was that even a difficult recruiting outcome can still feel respectful when the interview itself stays professional.
