My first round looked fairly typical for consulting, but the final round was the part that really challenged me.

In the first interview, it was a standard case-style conversation that felt manageable, but then the final interviews introduced uncommon elements that were harder to prepare for.

The cases included a bit of brainteasing, unseen data visualization plots, and a very unusual business case. The biggest difference was the emphasis on thinking mathematically and extracting insights from data rather than running through a familiar structure. I remember feeling it wasn’t the usual case format, and that made the process feel genuinely difficult.
