I had three interviews across two managers and a partner.

Each interview blended open conversation about my background, motivation, and the story behind my CV with a short presentation.

The presentation topics were known in advance, so it wasn’t a surprise task, but it still required me to organize my thoughts quickly and present clearly. After that, each session included a case study as well, which kept every interview from turning into purely behavioral discussion. The overall feel was demanding but structured.
