I started with an online assessment and then moved into an interview stage with a senior manager in the Life Sciences division.

Alongside a case study, I got a few fit questions, so it wasn’t purely technical—it was more about how I combined motivation and approach with the actual problem-solving.

In the next round of my experience, the process began with behavioral screening and then went straight into a first-round case. The math element wasn’t overwhelming, mostly mental math, and I felt like I did well enough to earn feedback that sounded positive. Even so, I wasn’t fully sure how much they were hiring laterals, which made the whole thing feel a bit ambiguous even when the conversation went smoothly.
