My process lasted about a month, and it ended up being five rounds in total, with three of them scheduled on the same day.

The first round was with a manager, and then the second wave was three interviews: one with a director and two with partners.

There was also a tie-breaker round with another director after that. The pattern of interviews felt designed to ramp up seniority and intensity as I moved through the process, and having multiple partners in the later stages made it feel especially high stakes. I didn’t get an offer, but the structure was consistent and the month-long timeline gave it a sense of thoroughness rather than a quick screening.
