After the recruiter reached out, I got a short phone call to coordinate a meet, and then the actual meet call ran for about 45 minutes.

I had to answer typical fit and behavioral-style questions alongside a case during that session.

A short time later, I went through two more structured interviews. Each one was split into personal questions and a dedicated case block—roughly 15 minutes for me and then about 45 minutes focused on the case itself. One interview was with a consultant and the other with a senior manager, and the overall feel was consistent: the case carried most of the weight, while the conversation beforehand was there to understand how I thought and how I communicated.
