I went through a brief multi-step process for the Account Executive role with involvement from a higher manager and completed paperwork a few days later.

District manager meeting — I introduced myself and answered questions in the district manager’s office.
Phone follow-up + paperwork — After a few days, I received a call and then filled out paperwork for the position.
Process timeline — The whole sequence took about three days. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the takeaway was that the process was fast once the next step was triggered.
