I went through a low-stress, availability-first interview process for an Account Executive–type role, typically moving quickly on a single in-person round.

Initial screening / scheduling — I was either contacted to schedule an in-person interview or discussed availability; they emphasized being present during busy hours.
In-person manager interview — I answered basic questions about my background and prior work experience, why I wanted the job, and what great customer service looks like.
Situational / behavioral questions — I was asked scenario-style questions (including how I’d handle customer concerns) and sometimes leadership/teamwork or theft-related scenarios.
Logistics and expectations — I talked through my schedule
