Riverside, CAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a very fast, invite-driven Ross experience where the process moved straight from application to a short interview and often an on-the-spot decision.

Application + survey / scheduling — I submitted an online application and, in some cases, completed a customer-service survey; afterward I was contacted to schedule.
Quick in-person meeting — I arrived to a short interview (often around 30 minutes) focused on basic questions, mainly my availability and how soon I could start.
Manager interaction — I met store or assistant/store managers in an office setting; the conversation stayed casual and straightforward.
On-the-spot decision / fast next steps — In the smooth versions, I was offered the job at the end or shortly
