I went through a more average, standard in-store interview that focused on general fit and logistics like hours, with no real surprises.

Initial in-person interview — The interviewer was on time and engaged, asking typical questions to learn about me; the store environment was fairly quiet.
Fit + constraints — We discussed whether the hours worked for my family and my availability (for example, restrictions on late-week work). Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that the process felt like a normal screening of reliability and scheduling fit.
